The Managing Director of APAC told me, many years ago, that I got the job (that I wanted and led to so many great things) because of my ability to BE OK with not having all the answers when a client asked, and being able to say "I don't know that, but I'll find out and get back to you."
Confidence doesn't come from knowing everything; it comes from trusting yourself, in whatever situation, to find out, when it matters. 😁
