Confidence can feel like excitement, satisfaction, exhilaration, lightness. It can feel expansive, peaceful, secure, stable, free to have fun, playful, focused, seeing one step ahead, visionary. And more.
So, if you feel anxious, or shy, or wobbly in any way, ask yourself: What would it feel like right now, if I trusted myself… with this person, this project, this situation?
What would it feel like, right now, if I trusted myself?
Then… What would I see myself doing? What would I hear myself saying?
And take it from there. You've got it.
