Self-authorship in business is not “doing whatever you want".

That is often just reaction dressed as freedom.

Real self-authorship is more precise.

It is the capacity to choose from alignment instead of fear.

To make decisions from identity instead of urgency.

To stop outsourcing your authority to the algorithm, the market, the mentor, the trend, the client, or the old version of you.

Your business is always asking: Who is actually leading here?

The conditioned self?
The performing self?
The proving self?


Or the self who knows?
