Most business advice starts too far downstream.
It asks:
What is your offer?
Who is your audience?
What is your content strategy?
What is your funnel?
Useful questions.
But not first questions.
The first question is:
Who are you being while you build this?
Because business amplifies identity.
If you are organized around proving, your business will become a proving ground.
If you are organized around hiding, your business will keep asking you to be seen.
If you are organized around sovereignty, your business becomes a living expression of that.
Strategy matters.
But identity authors the field strategy moves through.
